Taken in 2012 one on of my very first photography trips ot NYC. These cable cars are part of the MTA (Public Transport System) and are used by many New Yorker. It connects Manhattan with Roosevelt Island. If you are planning to visit NYC don’t miss the opportunity to take a ride with it. You won’t regret it!

Die Aufnahmen ist während meines ersten Aufenhaltes in New York City entstanden. Die Hochseilbahn verbindet Manhattan mit Roosevelt Island und ist Teil des öffentlichen Nahverkehrsnetzes MTA und wird als ganz normales Beförderungsmittel genutzt. Ich habe diese Fahrt(en) gleich mehrmals unternommen, einfach um den Blick in die New Yorker Häuserschluchten zu geniessen und aufzusaugen… Einfach spektakulär!!
